Ian Laird
Working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Working at Virgin Active, DW Sports, Fitness First, Queens Park Rangers Football club and Professional Triathletes (Joe Skipper 15th Ironman World Championships 2015).
Ian has made a name for himself through his corrective exercise coaching and remedial massage therapy, teaching ability, professionalism and service delivery. Ian has experience from coaching people from all aspects of life from sedentary office workers to housewives.
Ian communicates and motivates exceptionally well, and has the skills and the knowledge to help anyone achieve their personal goals.
Ian is also a HCPC registered Paramedic who still works on 999 ambulances responding to emergency calls around London so you will be in safe hands, no matter what medical conditions you may have.
Ian played football for 20 years before he got the endurance sport bug and regularly competes at distance running events and Triathlon. if you are interested in events then Ian is also a UK Athletics Coach and a Triathlon Coach.
Ian also loves Scuba Diving and Mountain Biking.
Ian is always looking to improve his training and coaching methods which is why he has been accepted into and is currently studying with the prestigious C.H.E.K Academy.
